The countries you listed that have different rules . Like US, Canada, Australia and now even many other European countries. Have travel warning not to travel to Ukraine . So do many other countries around the world.
So what happens if you ignore your countries warnings ? First in the fine print on all travel insurance says it will not cover by some rule in their policy.
So if you get sick , hurt, or something happens. You have absolutely no coverage.
Secondly what can happen if you ignore your government warnings is many things. They ask basically 2 things from your family. 1. Does he take any medication . 2. Does he have any allergies.
Then what most governments tell their family if they can not be reached is to freeze all financial accounts. The government will fax or call or send notification to those financial institutions. Leaving that man with no financial means, but what they have in their pockets.
Most governments will not pay for these people's return back to their country of origin . So it's up to the family.
It's not a governments responsibility to be your security agency. It's the person who is traveling responsibility.
People are learning this the hard way all over the world.
Also by some governments rules . Upon arrival you could be detained by their own government upon arrival into their countries origin.
Even then a fiancé visa could be difficult to obtain if you bring the lady back with you on that first trip.
Ever since terrorism has run rampant in many places in the world. Governments have increased security measures to new high levels.
Any experience traveler is well advised of these circumstances.
As a father. I would be deeply alarmed if a man wanted to come to a country. Where his government advised against it. If he ignored his governments own safety warnings or alerts. He will ignore the safety and security of my daughter and possibly the grandchildren. That's not called respect! Or being a man! That's called being arrogance , foolish, selfish and immaturity.
Why do you think most business people for companies were advised to leave Europe ? Several of my family members went all over Europe for business every 2-3 months. They were all sent home.
No good business would put their employees at risk! For liability reasons.
So on to the next issue you brought up. Those boys who send nude photo's are not men !!! Turn them into the site !
But at the same point when so many women are posting themselves in small lingerie what do you expect? Maybe a lot of women on this site should clean up their photos and quit talking about their sexual abilities . They might see less boys and attract a real serious man.
You all talk about how men in your country do not respect you. Then show respect for yourself and other women who are seriously looking for a good man. Dress more appropriate ! Look like a lady act like a lady and you will be treated like one.
I myself have received thousands of letters. About 90 % are highly sexual in nature. Which I posted in my profile many times not to write me like that !
After listening to a minister in Ukraine online. She talks about the great virtues of Ukrainian women. I believe Ukrainian/ Russian women have more inner beauty than other women. Hence why I am on this site ! I even know some of the women on this site personally in real life by other means than this site!

My friend Oksana who I trained for her job here in the US. Mentioned she bought a book. Im not sure of the title. I believe it's called . Finding a man a board for the Russian bride. At that time it was a book that was very tough to get.
She used that book to find the area she wanted to live in based on the quality of men. It's written in complete Russian.
It listed almost every area in the world giving incredible information about each country. Details , cultures , traditions and more. It even broke down the entire US.
Oksana married a personal friend of mine years ago. Because I asked her how she met her husband . And how did she chose him out of the hundreds and hundreds of men who wrote her.
