Proper nutrition
A balanced diet is the basis not only of beauty, but also of well-being. I choose fresh products rich in vitamins and trace elements. Vegetables, fruits, lean meat and fish, as well as nuts and seeds are always part of my diet. I avoid processed foods and excess sugar, because they quickly affect the condition of the skin and weight. Another secret of mine is to drink a lot of water throughout the day to maintain skin hydration and elasticity.
Regular physical activity
Movement is life, and it really is! I am involved in various activities, but my favorite hobby is golf. It helps to keep the body in good shape and at the same time enjoy playing in the fresh air. In addition, I regularly do light cardio, do yoga for flexibility and relaxation, and include strength exercises to maintain muscle mass.
Skin care
With age, the skin needs even more careful care. I always make sure that my skin is protected from the sun - this is the basis of keeping it young. I use sunscreens and antiaging products that help fight the signs of aging. My day and night care includes moisturisers, vitamin serums and regular facial massages to improve blood circulation and maintain skin elasticity.
Positive thinking
Self-confidence and inner harmony is an important aspect of beauty. I am convinced that stress and negative emotions are quickly reflected in the appearance, so I work on my emotional state every day. I practice meditation and conscious breathing to stay calm and relaxed. A positive attitude towards myself and towards life is one of the key points that help me feel young and beautiful.
Regular rest
Sleep is the basis of body recovery. I try to sleep at least 7-8 hours a day to give my body time to recover and recharge. It is not only the quantity, but also the quality of sleep that is important - I create a cozy atmosphere in the bedroom, refuse gadgets before bed and follow a regular regime.

My main beauty secret is accepting my age and loving myself. I no longer aspire to the ideals of my youth, but enjoy who I am now. Confidence in my uniqueness and self-sufficiency makes me beautiful from the inside, and it is reflected on the outside.
