Is it true that we are most open and sincere with strangers?

There is something special about communicating with those you hardly know. It is like talking from a blank slate, when an endless field of imagination opens up before you. You do not know what this person will be like, but this is what makes communication so mysterious and exciting. There is no past, no bias, and you can show yourself in a new light.

It is easy to talk about the most unexpected things with strangers. Sometimes it is easier to share your secret thoughts, hidden desires or experiences with someone who does not know you personally. These can even be the most frank fantasies that you are afraid to reveal to friends or loved ones. Thoughts that are usually hidden deep inside suddenly find an outlet.

Maybe it is because we are not afraid of judgment, because this person does not know us and, most likely, will not stay in our lives for long. Or maybe you just want to feel something new, to give free rein to your feelings and emotions.

And why do you think it is easier to be sincere with strangers? Would you share your deepest thoughts with someone you just met?
