How to make a difficult decision
id: 10055157

Now imagine that you are the person who has achieved everything you currently dream of. Let’s call this image “Ideal Me.”

Picture yourself five years from now as “Ideal Me.”

🌱 What do you look like?

🌱 What are you wearing?

🌱 Who is around you?

🌱 What’s your profession, your income?

🌱 What are your interests and hobbies?

🌱 Who is next to you? What does your partner look like? What qualities do they have?

🌱 How do you solve problems?

🌱 What are your strongest personal qualities?

🌱 How do these qualities help you?

Maybe this person is confident? They make decisions boldly, without fear or doubt, and take action! They know everything! And by their side is someone who is in perfect harmony with them—intimacy, love, safety, reliability… ❤️

Your “Ideal Me” knows the answers to all your questions and doesn’t worry. They already have everything and can share their experience with you!

What advice could they give you? How can you become like them? How can you achieve your goals? What actions should you take? Ask them! 😉

DON’T BE AFRAID 🤫

How do you think this person would act in a difficult situation? Look at them—they know everything and can do anything, unlike you.

I know how scary it can be to change something. How hard it is to break out of old habits and build new ones. But I also know that if you stay in the same place, you risk missing out on something important.

Once, my “Ideal Me” helped me completely change my life. And I’ve never regretted it!

What could your “Ideal Me” be like? What has this person achieved, and how do they feel?

Try to think about your problem from the perspective of “Ideal Me,” and be as honest with yourself as possible. ❤️
