In life, we often strive for big achievements - a career, success, personal victories, starting a family. But sometimes large-scale goals can be scary and seem unattainable. This is where small goals come to the rescue. When we set small, specific goals for ourselves, it gives us the opportunity to feel progress. Each step taken brings a sense of satisfaction and motivation to move on. Such goals help us stay on track for something bigger, but at the same time avoid overload and stress. For example, if you want to start playing sports, set a goal to do small workouts every day. Over time, this will become a habit, and in a few months you will notice that you have achieved something significant. This is my personal advice as a coach)) Small steps turn big dreams into reality, because they make the path to success more understandable and achievable.
