Why do people begin to appreciate life only after terrible events?
id: 10044475

Everyday routine, chores, responsibilities — all this absorbs us so much that we stop noticing the simple joys of life. When life goes according to a rolling script, we rarely think about how fragile it is and how important it is to appreciate every moment of it. We get used to living out of habit, believing that we will still have time to "stop and breathe."

When something terrible happens, reality seems to explode in our minds. We suddenly realize that everything can change at any moment, and then things that previously seemed insignificant become important. The taste of morning coffee, an evening with family, the warmth of a loved one's hands — all this is filled with a new meaning.

You can learn to appreciate life every day, without waiting for tragedies. Let the reminder for us be not difficult events, but our inner need to live happily and consciously today.

Be healthy, happy and grateful for every new day!

With love,
Anna
