Time to be active at any age: my experience at age 56

I was always active. Sport is not just a hobby, it is my lifestyle. Regular exercise not only helps me stay fit, but also energizes me, improves my mood and overall well-being. I enjoy doing different sports, from yoga to running, and each of them brings me joy and satisfaction.

Healthy eating is another important aspect of my life. I love experimenting with new recipes and incorporating lots of fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts and grains into my diet. Each meal is an opportunity to take care of your body and provide it with the necessary vitamins and minerals.

I want to inspire all women (and men!) my age that being active and eating healthy can transform your life. Let age be just a number and your spirit stay young. Sport is not only physical activity, but also a way to improve your life as a whole. Remember, it's important to start today!
