Secrets of silence - my bath therapy

Right after a day of work, when everything is noisy in my head, it is so nice to close the door, turn on the warm water and immerse myself in my own little world for a few minutes.

I have little rituals that make these minutes doubly pleasant: sea salt with lavender aroma, foam scrub and favorite oils that leave the skin soft as silk. I often add a few drops of essential oil or my favorite bath bomb, and suddenly the bathroom is filled with a pleasant aroma that relaxes and refreshes. And to be honest, I love the moments when I can just close my eyes and enjoy this silence.

I recently watched a video where a neuropsychologist talked about how important it is to completely disconnect from all gadgets in order to truly relax. I realized that it really works - without a phone or books, just listening to the water and feeling the tension go away. As if silence and peace begin to envelop you, and only at this moment do you begin to truly feel yourself.
