In the shower 🚿, I always use scrubs and a moisturizing body wash. ✨ I choose gels with natural ingredients that not only hydrate but also energize me with their delightful scents. This moment is a true delight that charges me for the entire day! 🌼

However, the most important aspect of my self-care routine is exercise. 🏋️‍♀️ I regularly go to the gym, and it brings me immense joy. 💪 But even if I can’t make it to a workout, I don’t get discouraged! I practice at home on my mat — whether it’s yoga, stretching, or strength exercises. 🧘‍♀️
