The first thing I realized: you need to give yourself time. Don't try to become strong or happy right away. Experiencing pain is part of the process, and it is important. But with time comes the realization that life goes on. I began to look for support in what used to bring me joy - walks in nature, communication with loved ones. These are simple things that help me feel that the world is still beautiful. Spirituality became the key to recovery for me. Faith, meditation and prayer helped me find inner peace and hope. The realization that those we lose remain with us in our hearts gives strength. It is also important to allow yourself to dream again. Loss often closes doors, but it opens new paths. I began to find joy in simple things: the sunrise, children's laughter, new encounters. It gave me the strength to enjoy every moment again. Loss changes us, but it should not deprive us of the joy of life. Learning to see the light even in dark times gives us not only strength, but also deep gratitude for each day we live. Nadya.
