Every morning I walk into the kitchen and smell that warm aroma of freshly baked sponge cake wrapping around you like a cozy blanket. It inspires and gives strength for the whole day!

Do you know how much patience it takes to create the perfect cake? Sometimes I spend hours working on new recipes, experimenting with textures, colors and fillings. Every time I learn something new, it's always a challenge, but at the same time, such a pleasure! 😊

Now I dream of going to an international competition, where I can show what I am capable of and communicate with other confectioners. This is a chance not only to show yourself, but also to find new ideas for desserts, get inspired and learn something unusual. Would you like to try my desserts?🍓
