Where does inspiration come from and how to feed it daily.

Look at the world like a child (even if passers-by look at you strangely)
You know how children find something interesting in literally every little thing? That's how we can do it too! Sometimes I go to the store for bread and along the way I try to notice something unusual. For example, a heart-shaped stone, or a cloud that looks like a dog, or... a strange inscription on the wall that seems to send me a personal message. Of course, passersby might wonder who this "Nadya the Explorer" is wandering down the street, but these are small things!
A secret source of inspiration is in the closet (no, not the one with clothes)
All sorts of boxes and drawers with forgotten little things can become a treasure trove of ideas. You can find old train tickets there, postcards you received in your school years, or strange but sweet notes that you wrote to yourself in the past. This is where your imagination really comes into play! I once found an old notebook with recipes there, and I was so inspired that I almost opened a culinary blog (but I limited myself to an experiment with pancakes, which is better not to talk about).
Do something you've never done (or at least didn't do it until the third grade)
I once decided to paint a portrait of my cat in gouache. The cat, however, wasn't inspired and ran away, but I discovered a new level of creativity in myself! Yes, the portrait looked more like a cross between a cloud and a color spot, but the main thing is the process! It's not even about becoming a great artist, but that novelty really does energize.
Try random combinations (even if it sounds like a challenge to the mind)
I like to find inspiration by mixing different things. For example, turning on classical music while sorting through a box of Christmas decorations or starting to read a cooking magazine while drying your hair. It sounds weird, but when you immerse yourself in an unexpected combination, your brain suddenly decides that it's time to come up with something new!
Open random pages in books
I once read a piece of advice - open a random page of a book and read, as if you were looking for a hint from the universe. The miracle is that you always come across something suitable. Once I came across a phrase: "Everything you need is already inside you." And well, that evening I decided not to look for inspiration from the outside, but to believe in myself - I did something important, like tidying up my bag.
Don't forget to rest your brain - inspiration also wants a snack
When I can't come up with anything at all and even the cat looks at me with distrust, this is a sign: it's time to take a break. Usually tea (sometimes with treats), a good movie or your favorite TV series come to the rescue. Inspiration, like us, loves small holidays. Sometimes it is in a relaxed state that an idea "falls upon you", and here it is - finally, a big meeting with inspiration!
The main thing is to remember: inspiration loves small adventures, and it also really loves to play hide and seek. So don't be afraid to look for it in the most unexpected places and turn even the most ordinary moments into small discoveries. Creative Nadya.
