Nowadays, marketing has a very strong influence on the diet and that is why I, like everyone else before, often snacked on the run: fast food, sweets, carbonated drinks were a usual part of my diet. But at some point I realized and it is good that I realized this now before it is too late! Since this greatly affects my well-being - energy quickly ran out, mood fluctuated, and I did not feel in the best shape. I decided to gradually remove junk food from my menu. First, I limited the amount of sweets, replacing them with fruits and nuts and honey. Then I began to cook simple and healthy dishes at home, choosing fresh products. This helped me better control the composition of food and instill healthy habits. Of course, there are still temptations, especially with so much advertising around. But now I feel more energetic and have even noticed improvements in the condition of my skin and mood. Giving up junk food has become not a strict restriction, but a new approach to self-care.
