The power of self-confidence
id: 10053551

Back in school, I already had noticeable curves, while my friends stayed slim and “comfortable” in their looks. Naturally, the boys noticed, and unfortunately, that attention came with teasing and jokes. It made me a bit of a recluse back then—I just wanted to hide everything that made me stand out.

Recently, I went to a class reunion, and something funny happened. Times have changed, and now my curves draw admiration rather than teasing. I chose a low-cut top, a bit as a playful reminder of the past, to show how much has changed. And you know, those same girls who once looked at me with smirks now seemed to smile with envy. Confidence, it turns out, is not only powerful—it’s contagious.

What do you think? Does confidence really change how we’re seen?
