Protecting nature is not only a global problem that concerns ecology, but also our personal responsibility. What our world will be like depends on each of us. The small steps we can take - sorting garbage, saving water and electricity, reducing the use of plastic - are the most insignificant, but they, added together, create large variables. When we choose an ecological lifestyle, we become part of a movement that can change the world for the better.

Nature is a unique and incomparable system of human achievements. It is designed to regenerate itself, but its resources are not unlimited. Deforestation, ocean pollution, climate change - these are all alarming signals that indicate that nature needs protection. If we continue to live as we do now, ignoring environmental problems, we can lose entire species of animals and plants, see devastated forests and polluted rivers.
