After a busy day, I always find time to recuperate 🌿. One of my favorite ways to unwind is to take a walk in the fresh air. It gives me a chance to reset, breathe fully and feel connected to nature. Do you have a place you like to go to get some alone time with yourself?
Another one of my escapes is reading 📚. With a book in my hands, I can forget about everything and immerse myself in a gripping story. I especially love the moments when it's raining outside the window, and I'm covered with a plaid, reading another interesting story.
Exercise is another one of my rituals for recovery 💪. Working out not only strengthens my body, but also helps me de-stress and feel stronger. And if you're tired, what lifts your spirits?
And of course, I can't help but mention my love for cooking 🍳. Creating something delicious in the kitchen not only relaxes me, but it also makes me happy to do something extraordinary. Moments of simplicity while doing what I love is my personal formula for happiness.

Today I couldn't resist and stopped by a bookstore. I ended up leaving there with two books, one of which is Chemistry Lessons 🧪📖. I'm already excited to start reading it! 😊
