My morning rituals and what keeps me awake !

Every morning for me is an opportunity to start the day with positive vibes and a mindset of success. 🌞 I love getting up early, as the morning hours are the most productive for me. The first thing I do is drink a glass of water to wake up my body and energize me. 💧 This helps me feel alive and ready for new challenges.

Then I take time to stretch and do a little exercise. 🧘‍♀️ This helps me relax and get in the mood for the day. I don't like to rush, so I love to quietly sip my morning coffee or tea, enjoying the quiet while my house is still awake. ☕️ At this time, I also check my plans for the day and write a line or two in my notebook - it helps me stay organized and not forget important things. 📋

But most importantly, I always start my morning with gratitude. 🙏 It helps me focus on the positive and not get distracted by the negative. Honestly, every day I'm thankful for something special, whether it's taking care of my daughter or being able to do what I love.
