For example, I recently decided to master yoga. It would seem that you lie on your mat, breathe, relax. Yeah, you relax! "Downward facing dog" at first looked like "a cat that doesn't know what to do." But then I got into it! Now it's not only a dog, but also a swallow, and even (oh, miracle!) almost a bridge. True, my son said that my "bridge" looks more like a broken ladder, but I'm not offended. The main thing is that the muscles work! My other attempt to make friends with sports is running. I decided to run in the morning. I got dressed, took water, turned on the music and... three minutes later I realized that running is hard, but walking is nice. Since then, I have been "running" at my own pace. The main thing is that it is in the fresh air! I also signed up for dancing. It is good for your health and your mood! But if you think that dancing is only beautiful and graceful, then you clearly have not seen how I learn samba. By the middle of the lesson, my legs are no longer samba, they are simply begging for mercy. But I laugh so much that it definitely burns calories! My main conclusion: sports are not about ideal movements or records. It is about joy, movement and laughter. So, if you, like me, are not an Olympic champion, do not worry. Put on comfortable sneakers, turn on your favorite music and move the way you want. Because health is, first of all, joy. Well, I'm off! Either improve the bridge or brew tea. Who knows what my "sports" day will bring? Nadya.
