For me, nature is the perfect place to slow down and feel harmony. 🌳 Walking outdoors gives me a boost of energy and reminds me how important it is to savor the moments.
One of my favorite stories involves a walk in the woods near the city. 🍂 It was early fall and everything around us was painted in shades of gold and red. My daughter and I decided to have an impromptu picnic, taking along a thermos of tea and a couple of sandwiches. Sitting on the blanket and listening to the rustle of leaves, we felt nature literally embracing us with its silence and coziness.
Nature is the perfect “psychologist” for me. When I take a walk looking at the trees or sunsets, it makes it easier for me to cope with any difficulties. 🌅 It teaches me to be patient, to find beauty in little things and to remember that everything passes, just like the change of seasons.
