Don't be afraid to fall asleep, don't be afraid to wake up!

Falling asleep is a battle.
Someone says that sleep is rest. Yeah, try to silence your thoughts when they decide to discuss the most important moments of life at the very moment you close your eyes.
- "Do you remember how you fell off your chair in front of the whole class in the third grade?"
- "Thank you, dear brain. This is exactly what I dreamed of thinking about at one in the morning!"
But it's okay, I've learned to approach this creatively. I just tell myself: "Well, now I'm just going to lie down, but I'm not going to fall asleep!" And bam - the brain immediately switches off to spite me.
Waking up is a separate show.
Whoever invented alarm clocks clearly didn't like people. These villains tear you out of your sweetest dreams, where you're almost a millionaire on a yacht, and return you to reality, where an iron and unwashed dishes are waiting for you.
But I found a way to cope! My alarm clock sounds like the barking of my imaginary dog. It works - especially if you also got a dog in your dream. You wake up and think: "Where is my puppy?" And then you remember that it's just an alarm clock. And here it is - the first disappointment of the day.
Life between sleep and wakefulness.
Now seriously: do not be afraid of falling asleep or waking up. Every night is a chance to invent a new dream, and every morning is an opportunity to take a new step towards something interesting.
So if suddenly your morning started on the wrong side, remember: the day is still long, and you have every chance to end it with a smile. Or, at worst, with a cup of coffee. The main thing is not to be afraid to live, laugh and sometimes sleep a little longer!
Your Anastasia, who defeats the alarm clock every morning and her fantasy every night.
