Today I want to share with you a recipe for an unusual dish - Beetroot cake with chocolate and nuts 🍫🥕.

Ingredients:
- Beets - 2 pcs. 🥕
- Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp. 🍫
- Nuts (almonds or walnuts) - 100 g 🌰
- Eggs - 3 pcs. 🥚
- Honey - 2 tbsp. 🍯
- Baking powder - 1 tsp. 🍥
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp. 🫒

Preparation:
1. Boil the beets and grate them. 🥕
2. Beat the eggs with honey and olive oil in a bowl. 🍯🥚
3. Add beets, cocoa powder and baking powder. Mix until smooth. 🍫
4. Add nuts and mix. 🌰
5. Transfer the dough to the pan and bake at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes. ⏲️
6. Cool the finished cake and serve with a little berries or cream. 🍓🍰
