My perfect morning

There is no rush or alarm clock, only a natural rhythm that allows the body and soul to wake up at their own pace.
I slowly open my eyes and feel gratitude for a new day. I lie in bed for a few minutes, enjoying the peace, stretching to wake up every muscle.
The first stop is in the kitchen. I brew a cup of aromatic freshly ground coffee. While the drink is brewing, I open the window to let in the fresh morning air. Sometimes I go out onto the balcony or into the garden, listen to the birds singing and watch nature.
Breakfast is a special ritual. Something light but delicious is on the table: fresh fruit, warm toast with avocado or an omelette with herbs. I take my time, enjoying every bite.
After breakfast, I take time for myself. It could be light yoga or stretching to recharge the tension, or meditation to get into a positive frame of mind. I focus on my breathing, let go of all unnecessary thoughts and visualize how I want my day to look. This is how my ideal morning goes
