Why is healthy sleep important?

Today I want to talk about the importance of healthy sleep. We often underestimate the role of sleep in our lives, believing that we can sacrifice it for the sake of business or entertainment. But, as I understand, good sleep is the basis of our health and energy. Sleep helps restore the body, strengthen the immune system and even improve brain function. When I sleep 7-8 hours, I feel much more cheerful, in a better mood and more productive. On the contrary, after a sleepless night everything seems difficult, and the mood deteriorates. I try to stick to a sleep schedule: I go to bed and get up at the same time. I also avoid gadgets before bed and try to relax with a book or meditation. A cozy place to sleep is another important point. Soft bed linen, comfortable temperature and silence make rest quality. How do you take care of your sleep?
