I want to talk about how to avoid burnout at work. Fatigue, lack of motivation and irritation - are these familiar feelings? I once faced this myself and realized how important it is to take care of your emotional state. The first thing that helps me is a clear separation of work and personal time. After the end of the working day, I try to disconnect from work to rest. I also began to plan my day so as to allocate time for short breaks that help restore strength. The second is favorite hobbies. Sports, reading, walks or even an evening with a TV series - all this charges you with energy and brings back inspiration. I also learned to say "no" to overload: I am not afraid to delegate tasks or refuse if I understand that I cannot cope. It is equally important to share your experiences. Support from colleagues, friends or family helps to cope with stress. And sometimes it is useful to just take a vacation and allow yourself to reboot. Everyone should have their own ways of dealing with fatigue)
