For me, staying in shape is not a temporary goal, but a way of life. I believe that a healthy body is the result of consistency and balance in nutrition and exercise. 🌟
As for sports, I try to exercise regularly. My favorite type of activity is training in the gym, where I alternate cardio with strength training. Strength training helps me not only stay in shape, but also strengthen my muscles, which is important for overall well-being. 🏋️♀️ Several times a week, I stretch to maintain flexibility and avoid injury. I also like to go for walks in the fresh air, especially when I want to switch off and take a break from intense training. 🚶♀️
As for nutrition, I prefer balanced meals with an emphasis on vegetables, proteins and healthy fats. I try to avoid fast food and products with added sugar, although sometimes I allow myself small pleasures, such as dark chocolate. 🍫 Hydration is also important - I drink a lot of water throughout the day to maintain balance and feel energetic. 💧
But the main thing for me is to listen to my body. If I feel tired, I do not overload it, give it rest and time to recover. The attitude to sports should be gentle and not violent.
