Why is sport so important?

How to choose your sport?
Sport is about pleasure! If you don't like exercise machines, try swimming, dancing, yoga or cycling. If you love the spirit of competition, take a closer look at team games. The main thing is to find what suits you.

It's never too late to start!
Someone may say: "I'm out of shape", "I don't have time" or "It's too late for me to start." But these are just excuses. Sports are available to everyone, regardless of age, level of training or employment. Start small - 10 minutes of walking or light stretching.
