How i deal with stress: my relaxation methods

Stress is an inevitable part of life, but I have learned to cope with it using a few simple but effective methods. The first thing that helps me is physical activity. After a hard day, I always find time for a workout in the gym or yoga. Not only do these exercises help keep my body in shape, but they also clear my head of unnecessary thoughts. 💪🧘‍♀️

I also practice meditation. A few minutes in silence help me focus on the present moment and let go of all tension. This is not only a way to relax, but also a chance to understand my feelings and emotions. 🌸

Walking in the fresh air is also an important part of my recovery. I love walking in the park or outside the city, listening to the sounds of nature and just breathing. Often, these are the moments that give me the respite I need.
