They say true love is rare, but I think I’ve found mine—with pasta. There’s something irresistibly comforting and indulgent about a perfectly cooked plate of spaghetti or penne. Just imagine: creamy carbonara with its rich, velvety sauce; seafood pasta that tastes like the ocean kissed your plate; or hearty pasta with tender chicken, each bite a little piece of heaven. My heart skips a beat just thinking about it!

But let’s be honest—this love affair comes with its challenges. Pasta’s delicious embrace demands a little counterbalance, which is why the gym and I have a steady relationship too. It’s all about give and take, right? A plate of pasta today, an extra session of squats tomorrow. That’s the deal we’ve struck, and honestly, I think it’s worth every rep.
