For me, New Year’s is not a reason to lie on the couch with a cake (although I’ll allow myself one piece 😉), but a chance to reboot and recharge my batteries. Morning jogs in a snowy park are a thrill for the soul! The cold air refreshes your thoughts, and the warm cocoa afterwards is like a medal for your efforts.
But you know what’s most important? It’s a moment of gratitude. I sit down with a notebook and write down: what I’m grateful for in myself, my body, my coaches, my friends. Each point is not just words, it’s my motivation for the new year.
And one more thing: holidays are not only about the external light of garlands, but also about the internal light within ourselves. Find yours – through sports, family, hobbies. Turn on the "happiness mode" at full power and allow yourself to dream of more! 🎄
