💡 Why is it so valuable?
Imagine that you are always with someone - without a break. Constantly together. Even if you adore each other, sooner or later you want to take a deep breath and be alone with your thoughts.
Personal time is like exercise for the soul. Someone reads a book, someone plays the guitar, and someone goes for a run. And this is not about "distancing yourself" from your partner. This is about returning to him with renewed strength, inspired and happy.
🤔 What do I do for myself?
Learn something new. It could be a drawing course or a language. 🎨📖
I take long walks alone, listening to music or my thoughts. Sometimes I want to think about so much. 🌳
I take care of myself: I cook something delicious, play sports or just relax. 💆♀️
🌟 And how does it work in a couple?
If I ever end up with someone, I would like us to support each other in what is important to each of us. Do you love fishing? Great, enjoy it. And I’ll have a movie day. Then we’ll meet, share our impressions – and it will become even more interesting.
