Holy days without harm to your figure: how to find a balance between happiness and shape
id: 10056398

Festival and New River are often transformed into a marathon of delicious evenings and desserts. Don't boast - it's completely normal to allow a little discipline throughout the day. It is important to remember a number of simple rules that will help you become holy without harm for your health and shape.

1. Get your balance right

So, a little piece of homemade cake is wonderful. Please remember the world. Fill your plate with proteins (turkey, fish), brown fats (peas, avocado) and vegetables. This is how you feel the strength, but don’t overpower the body. Dessert? Why not, but to work through a welcoming ritual, and not just by dragging through the day.

2. Rukh is life

Holy - don’t let everyone forget about activity. A walk in the fresh air after Christmas Eve, horse riding, or doing 20 exercises at home is an ideal way to support metabolism. You don't need to sweat in the gym for years - find a type of activity that brings you satisfaction.

3. Water is your greatest ally

Drinking anything from licorice or mulled wine can deprive your body of hydration. Remember to drink enough water as you go through the day. Sometimes your hunger is just sprague.

4. Allow yourself to choose

Training during the holy hour does not bother you, but you are still cheerful. If you're tired, it's best to do some cardio, stretching or yoga. Your body also needs repairs or to start a new river of energy.

What's next?
Don’t forget that holy days are not only about life, but also about emotions, family calm and renewal. So allow yourself a little indulgence, but remember that your body will tell you “that way”, so that you will be respected in the future.
