My rituals of happiness — small steps to big inspiration.

Happiness is not always big achievements, but rather small rituals that create a feeling of comfort and joy every day. For me, the morning begins with a cup of aromatic coffee. This moment, when I hold a warm mug in my hands and feel the smell of freshly ground beans, seems to fill me with energy for the whole day ☕.

Another ritual of mine is an evening gratitude list. Every day I write down three things I am grateful for: my daughter's smile, a successfully completed project, a warm conversation with a friend. This teaches me to see the good even in the most ordinary days.

And the evenings are my time for the soul. I love to light candles, put on a cozy blanket and read a book. These moments help me relax and take a break from the hustle and bustle 📚✨.

Another secret of my happiness is movement. Even 10-15 minutes of dancing to your favorite music can lift your mood and energize you. It's like therapy that doesn't require words, but works through the body 💃.

And, of course, time with my daughter. We love to have "girls' nights" with movies and delicious food, and her laughter is the best music for me.
