Massage and its value for me!!
id: 10056398

The session began with warming up the muscles, and at first it was very pleasant - warm, strong hands relaxed my back. But when he began to deeply work the muscles, I will honestly say, it was painful at times. Especially when he massaged the lumbar region - this is where tension accumulates most often. It was such a pain that is both unpleasant and, oddly enough, brings relief. I even sometimes held my breath to endure these moments, but I understood that it was worth it.

He very carefully worked on the shoulder blades, shoulders and even the neck. And it is amazing: as soon as he pressed on certain points, the pain seemed to "spread" and then go away. It seemed that he literally drove all the tension out of my body. There were moments when I felt like every muscle was “coming to life” again. It’s an incredible feeling when you realize how much hidden stress and fatigue has accumulated in your body.

After the massage, I felt a little “broken” at first, as if I had been taken apart and then put back together. But now, after some time, I feel light and relaxed. My back is breathing! It seems that even my posture has improved, and I can move more freely.

I realized that massage is not only about physical health, but also about self-care. You know, now I feel calmer, as if I have been balanced and “rebooted”.

Have you ever tried a professional massage? If not, then I sincerely advise you to try it - I am sure you will like it. If yes, tell me what your feelings were? Was it similar to my experience?
