We will need:
1 duck (approximately 2 kg)

3-4 medium apples

2 tbsp. honey

2 tbsp. soy sauce

2 tsp. mustard

Salt, pepper to taste

Rosemary and thyme for aroma

Preparation:
Prepare the duck, rinse well and dry with a paper towel.

Mix honey, soy sauce and mustard in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Rub the duck inside and out with this mixture. Leave to marinate for 1-2 hours.

While the duck is marinating, peel the apples and cut them into quarters.

Stuff the duck with apples and tie the legs with cooking string.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the duck on a baking sheet and sprinkle with rosemary and thyme.

Bake the duck in the oven for 2-2.5 hours, basting it occasionally with the juices that have released from it.

Serve the duck hot, cut into portions, with fragrant apples.
