Preparation for the ritual
Dress up as if you are already lucky.
I usually put on my shiniest dress - if it blinds my table neighbor, then it works. Well, or at least socks with golden snowflakes. The main thing is that everything shines!
Choose a talisman.
Last year, I prepared a coin and a ball from a Christmas tree decoration. The coin is still with me, but the ball... Well, the cat apparently got it for good luck, too.
Make sure that you are not embarrassed by your household.
The ritual requires a certain amount of dedication, so be prepared for people to look at you strangely. The main thing is to remain confident in your success. The more confident you look, the more likely it is that luck will think: "Oh, I will definitely go to this person!"
The ritual itself
Exactly at midnight, start waving your arms.
Imagine that you are the conductor of an orchestra, and instead of music, you attract the energy of luck. If someone asks what you are doing, say that you are driving away the old year. It looks very convincing.
Say a magic phrase.
For example: "Luck, to your feet! Money, in your pocket! Joy, in your home!" The main thing is to speak confidently, enthusiastically, and preferably loudly. So that not only luck can hear, but also your neighbors (suddenly they will get something, and then they will share).
End the ritual with a toast.
Raise a glass of anything (even compote) and say: "To the New Year, to luck, and to me - so wonderful!" This not only strengthens the ritual, but also adds +5 to your charm.
After the ritual
If suddenly nothing worked, don't worry! Luck can sometimes be lazy and come later. In the meantime, enjoy the holiday, delicious Olivier salad, and the company of your family. After all, as they say, the best way to attract luck is to just be happy!
