Every year, I take some time to write down a list of goals and wishes, things I want to accomplish in the coming year, and new skills I’d like to learn.
For me, this process is more than just making a list. It’s a moment of honest reflection with myself, analyzing the past year and setting new directions. And the greatest joy comes the following New Year’s Eve, when I open my notes and see how many of those goals I’ve achieved. That sense of pride in myself is one of the most rewarding feelings. It motivates me to keep going and believe that anything is possible.
The New Year’s atmosphere makes this holiday even more magical. Twinkling lights, shiny decorations, the smell of oranges and pine — all of it creates a mood I want to hold onto as long as possible. These little details fill my heart with warmth and joy, help me believe in miracles, and inspire me for new beginnings.
New Year isn’t just the turning of a calendar page. It’s a time to reflect on the past, make plans for the future, and believe in yourself. Every year, I eagerly await this moment to once again feel all the magic and opportunities of a fresh start.
