How i work as santa at new year’s night

My son wholeheartedly believes in Santa, who brings gifts under the Christmas tree. Every year, he eagerly waits for midnight so he can unwrap those cherished boxes. But there’s one problem: he’s so impatient that as soon as the clock starts striking 12, he’s ready to race to the tree. And I — the “Santa” — have to act quickly and discreetly to keep the magic alive.

That’s why I came up with a legend that helps me every year. As soon as the clock finishes chiming, I open the window in the room where our tree is. “Santa needs the cold to come in,” I explain to my son. Then, I take him to another room so he doesn’t catch a chill and promise to call him back once Santa is done.

While my son waits eagerly, I move fast: placing the gifts under the tree and scattering pre-prepared ice on the floor. This creates the illusion that Santa really entered the room. When I call my son back, his eyes light up with wonder: gifts are under the tree, and there are Santa’s “footprints” on the floor!

Every year, I watch his joy and realize that all the effort is worth it. This magic isn’t just about presents; it’s about believing in miracles, finding happiness in the little things, and creating memories that will stay with him for a lifetime.

And yes, I know that someday he’ll figure out who Santa really is. But for now, as long as he believes, I’ll do everything I can to make New Year’s Eve truly magical for him.
