But the holiday ended, and I caught myself thinking that perhaps it’s time to get back in shape. I think many people thought about excess weight when looking at themselves in the mirror! But for me it’s super important and I want to stay in shape!! I had to put on sneakers, pack a gym bag and go to the gym. I’ll be honest, the first workouts after the New Year’s food marathon are not easy. It’s as if the body is whispering: “What are you talking about, we just ate Olivier salad!”
But you know what I want to say? Sport is not only about calories and numbers on the scale. It is about energy, about lightness, about that feeling when you leave the gym and the world around you seems to become brighter. So let this year be not only delicious, but also active. The main thing is to find a balance so that you can eat a cake and then run on the treadmill with pleasure.
