How sports changed me
id: 10045646

I want to share with you my story about how sports didn't just become a part of my life, but literally turned it upside down.

I wasn't always a "sporty girl." In childhood, I was more of a bookworm than an athlete. School physical education classes seemed like torture to me, and running was a punishment. But something changed when I turned 28. I began to feel that my energy was stagnating somewhere, that I lacked some kind of "fuel" for life.

My journey began with small steps – with short walks in the park. Then I tried yoga, and it was a revelation. I felt my body becoming more flexible, and my mind – more calm. Yoga became my refuge, a moment of peace in the hustle and bustle of the day.

Then, having gathered courage, I went to the gym. At first, everything seemed complicated and unclear. But gradually, step by step, I learned to perform exercises correctly, listen to my body, and enjoy the process.

For me, sports are not just a way to keep myself in shape. It has become my medicine for stress, a way to release accumulated energy and reboot. After a workout, I feel stronger not only physically, but also mentally. I have become more self-confident, more disciplined, and, of course, happier.
