I have written only one other post, but I write now due to a frustration on the site . If anyone else has had the same issue, please let me know.
I have been on the site for almost 2 years now..many letters and one unsuccessful trip later I think I have found someone I feel may bring the happiness I have sought for so long. I have now planned my second trip, and now within 30 days of leaving, I am at a impasse.
My account has gone to almost zero, and when I attempt to restore it, I am informed my payment cannot be processed. I cannot reach anyone to assist me with this, and I do not like traveling blind. A contact at the U.S. Embassy said he can assist me when I arrive, but how to finalize our meeting? Why won't my attempts at restoring my account work? I am frustrated, and I have received multiple letters from my lady asking why I do not respond.
Has anyone been this close and been blocked or stopped for some reason?
Until now, I have never had any issues, other than finding some profiles were "not properly represented" and I blacklisted those. After so much work and effort, I am now lost and confused. Any suggestions?
And as far as my account, I have always used the same payment method this entire time.
Any thoughts on this, I would appreciate..thanks to all.
