Or a walk along a familiar route, but with a different mood, when you notice details that you didn't notice before, the smell after the rain or, perhaps, a random conversation with a neighbor.Another important habit is to set aside time for yourself. It could even be 15 minutes to just sit in silence, put your phone aside and let your thoughts wander. Such a pause sometimes turns out to be more useful than any self-development courses.
