First of all, Semper Fi!

From one Marine to another, I can give you my two cents.

Of course, I do no know how you pay. Perhaps switching payment types may help. Perhaps you can open a PayPal account. I was dragged, kicking and screaming, to PayPal.

Having worked with credit card processing software, I can assure you that things are not as safe as they would like you to believe. Also, one very tiny glitch can cause this. Often, these things are so small that they are impossible to find.

Also, companies are instituting new requirements and procedures, and often they don't bother to tell you about it. All of a sudden your purchases are being blocked all over the place!

This happened to me in a grocery line. One I go to all the time. It was totally embarrassing. The credit card company blocked my transaction. They had to put the groceries back. I called the company, and they explained that they had "new procedures" and they thought they saw "suspicious activity" on my card. I had visited a store earlier in the day that I hadn't been to before. I verified the transactions, and my card was unblocked, but the damage had been done.

When it happened, and yes, these people do not respond quickly to emails, I made my payment a different way for a couple of cycles, then went back to my previous method of payment. It worked fine. Sometimes this will "clean out" the old information that may have been corrupted, and then you add it again, fresh. If your card works elsewhere, this may be the issue.

I hope this helps, my Marine brother.

God speed to you and your bride...

Semper Fi!

David
