Here it is worth mentioning one interesting observation: men create space for change. I am sure you can remember how many ideas, projects or things that have been started are directly related to the energy and initiative of men. Personally, I have been around such people, and here is what I can say: when a man is confident in his plan, when he decides on something, everyone starts to revolve around this decision.

Sometimes I am simply amazed at how I manage to understand certain things through a conversation with a man. These are not only ordinary “male” conversations about cars or football, but also a view of more important things. They can be simple, but surprisingly clear. For example, how often do men say: “don’t worry, I’ll do everything” — and everything really works out. There is some kind of calm strength in him that is transmitted. It’s like a firmness that gives others confidence that everything will be fine. It’s unlikely that anyone would be able to approach solving problems in this way if it weren’t for his masculine energy.

Men as landmarks
Do you remember the moment when your gaze fell on someone’s goal or confidence and you just suddenly realized that this is the person you are ready to trust? I often feel this in communication with men — there is this special sincerity in their eyes and direct energy for action. We have all most likely encountered a person who just knows how to take and do. Just without thinking. And this determination is attractive. Men may be absolutely not perfect, with mistakes and experiences, but their action and ability to be “here and now” is like a certain visual force that can hold attention.

But also relationships: how men help us open up

Now about relationships. Very often men are the ones who not only support, but also set the direction for all immediate plans and even simple decisions. Perhaps for someone this will seem like an unnecessary role, but we all know how important it is to be heard and supported. Perhaps in relationships men feel a little more need to lead or anticipate, but this is where their significance comes from. Women often give them such a role not because they do not want to do something, but because intuitively this feeling of security comes from how they see us in their space.

When the world without them would not be what it is
Now, when I think about these examples, it really becomes obvious to me how much depends on male energy. Men not only literally change situations in society, but also create a context in which we - all, from women to children - can develop and grow. It's not necessarily something impressive or flashy - their sometimes gentle steps, their willingness to change help to move on and help someone find the right path.

The world would not be what it is without their frequent decisions, their ability to do things clearly and to the point. Men definitely leave their mark in all corners of the world - in simple actions, huge open offers, but also in their personal warmth for loved ones.

It may be a difficult thought, but obvious to those who think about it: the world really does seem more balanced if you pay attention to the role that men play - sometimes simply in their gentle, unwavering confidence.
