I always wake up early, and this has become my little secret of productivity and good mood. For me, the morning hours are a time of silence and inspiration. Waking up early, I feel filled with energy. The first cup of tea or coffee, fresh air outside the window and the opportunity to calmly think about the upcoming day - all this charges me with positive energy. I like to use the morning to take care of myself: do exercises, read a couple of pages of a book or just dream.
Getting up early allows me to avoid the hustle and bustle. It seems as if time slows down a little, and I manage to do more than I expected. Of course, the habit of getting up early did not appear immediately, but now I can’t imagine my life any other way.
I also run in the morning, jogging is my new habit! hehe.
So become a night owl)) But don't sacrifice sleep. Sleep 7 or 8 hours and be happy!
