When it’s too cold to hit the gym, I bring the gym to me.
The best part? Nobody sees me if I fall out of a warrior pose or give up halfway through. My couch doesn’t judge. 🤭

When I absolutely need a push, I bribe myself. Finish a 20-minute workout? You’ve earned that hot chocolate, girl. ☕️Hit 10,000 steps indoors (thanks, dance party)? Time to binge your favorite series guilt-free.

Let’s not pretend I’m always on top of things. Some days, I fully embrace the winter sloth life, curling up with a blanket and convincing myself that mental workouts are just as important. 😉 Balance is key, and rest is part of the process - or at least that’s what I tell myself while finishing off a second bowl of popcorn.
