First, I, like a true chef, put on an apron and confidently began to mix flour with eggs. Of course, everything went smoothly until the flour decided to fly up in a cloud right in my face. For a second, I felt like the heroine of a comedy, where everything goes wrong, but I did not give up! When the dough finally acquired the right consistency (after several attempts and a lot of laughter), it was time to roll it out. This is where the second part of the fun began. Who would have thought that the dough has its own character? It stuck to everything except the table: hands, rolling pin, even the cat did not stay away and got a piece of dough on his paw. His surprised expression is priceless!
But the most interesting part began when I started cutting. I had a special pasta machine, but it decided that today was not its day. Each portion of dough came out in a different length and thickness, so my spaghetti turned out to be quite diverse. It was a real festival of shapes and sizes!
Despite all the curiosities, the end result exceeded my expectations. Homemade spaghetti turned out to be surprisingly tasty and tender. Adding a sauce of fresh tomatoes and basil, I felt like a real Italian mother cooking for a large family.
This experience was full of laughter, fun and, of course, delicious discoveries. If you have not tried making homemade spaghetti yet, be sure to try it. It is not only delicious, but also incredibly fun! Chef Nadya.
