Thoughts from the other shore

Have you ever thought of the future as a web? Only instead of a spider, there’s some invisible bureaucrat constantly tying new knots: loans, reports, deadlines, family group chats. Here I am, untangling my own threads and wondering: how do I reach my other half? He’s out there, somewhere in the glow of my future, waiting for me. I hope he’s not too worried that I’ve lost my way.

My plan is simple: draw a map. Not a geographical one — a life map. Cut out the unnecessary things that no longer bring joy and keep only what truly matters. For example, small steps towards each other. Everything else can drift away like cobwebs in the wind.

And what’s he doing? Maybe weaving his own web? I hope it’s for fishing and not excuses. Men, you’re good at catching what’s worthwhile. Since I’m already here on this platform, let me just say: both sides need support!

So, darling, wait for me. I’m already carving out a bright tunnel! And hey, if you’re reading this, put the kettle on—I’m almost there. 😉

P.S. Gentlemen, remember: your future shines bright too, as long as there’s someone worth untangling the web for.
