Here are my favorite rituals that have made my life more harmonious:
A morning glass of water with lemon.
I start every morning with this simple action. Not only is it good for the body, but it's a kind of “turn-on” for the body.
Five Minutes of Gratitude.
Before I start my day, I write down three things I'm grateful for. This helps me get in a positive frame of mind.
Musical Attitude.
I have a playlist for the morning. When my favorite music is playing, everything seems easier and more joyful.
Coffee and a book.
Even 10 minutes to read in the morning makes me feel like I'm starting the day at my own pace.
Rituals don't take a lot of time or effort, but they create awareness and make the day meaningful. Try starting with one and you'll feel the difference!
