Hello, Beautiful Lady,
I live in what is called the "Tropical Zone" which are places like South America and the West Indies. There is no experience of Winter in this region. The only weather pattern is either sun or rain all year round. When the sun is shining, the days are pretty hot and there is no expected relief as in Winter. If I have to work outside, I prefer working in the cool of the day, like from 6:00am to 10:00am in the morning or 4:00pm to 6:00pm in the afternoon. Working in the hot sun, for me, is very debilitating and I get tired pretty fast. But many people enjoy working in the sun because it's what they are accustomed to or they simply have no other choice. Well, of course, if it's raining, no outside work can be done. All like some parts of South America, when it rains, it floods. So, if it's hot where you are, you have the assurance that it won't be for long because Winter will soon be there again. So, just bear it and take whatever steps you can to feel as comfortable as possible. There are other parts of the world, like Africa and the Sahara where heat is an everyday occurrence. In your part of the world, you have Summer vs Winter, but in my part, we have Summer vs Summer.
Have a great day and make the most of your Summer.
