My approach to people's highlighting: the art of seeing the best.
id: 10052353

My approach to people's highlighting is not just choosing the environment. It is the ability to see, feel, understand who is really needed in my life.
Energy is more important than status
I never focus on big names, status, money or external showiness. People who sincerely shine from the inside, charge with positive energy, inspire - they are the ones I am interested in. After all, communication is always an exchange of energy. So why not choose those with whom you feel warm and easy?
A person should be "delicious".
Not in the literal sense, of course (although who knows... ). I am talking about depth. A person can be a genius in his field, but if he is boring, that's it, the end of the connection. What is important to me is emotional "delicacy": charisma, humor, sincerity.
Reciprocity is a must.
I don't run after people. If someone doesn't see value in me, it means we are simply not on the same wavelength. You need to hate those who also hate you. It's simple.
Mistakes do not cancel out value.
We are all imperfect. And if a person does something wrong, it does not mean that he is bad. The main thing is how he corrects his mistakes. After all, sometimes those who once disappointed later become the most loyal people.
Trust is the main filter.
If I feel that I can be myself with someone, without masks, without tension, without fear of being judged, this person automatically passes my hate casting.
In general, my approach to highlighting is simple: don’t be afraid to filter out the unnecessary, appreciate the present and always leave room for those who can surprise. After all, the coolest people appear unexpectedly. The main thing is to notice them in time. Maria.
